23 02 2011

I have not updated blog so long time. Oops. I have been focusing my own dream which I create nature village. So, I have just started. This village will be surrounded by cultural people who has their own skill. I will try to create it as part of nature. Let’s see what happens.

Today, I want to introduce my friend Mr. Zingo who is over 62 years old. He is a plasterer. He has created his own style which is KOTEE. KOTEE is made in edo era. I think it is around 1600s. KOTEE is plaster art with depth. I mean it was draw on the wall. Well, it is easy if you take a look bellow.

I met MR. Zingo this month. He started to talk about his life. He has struggling his life. He was sure that “this is only one”. I have no idea if it is so. I have never seen such plaster art in Japan. His skill is amazing. No one can do this. I have decided to support him. I started to show around his art in the world. If someone has interest, feel free to ask anything. But I have to ask if I don’t know the questions. hehehe I have just met him lately.
